Spiritual Support
& Companionship

In a world of shifting beliefs and expanding spiritual landscapes, many seek a spiritual path that honors the fullness of their experience - beyond the boundaries of any one tradition. Whether you're rooted in a particular faith, spiritually curious, or walking an entirely unique path, individual interspiritual companioning offers a compassionate and inclusive space to connect more deeply with the Sacred.

What is Spiritual Companioning?

Spiritual companioning, also known as spiritual direction or spiritual accompaniment, is a gentle, attentive process of exploring your spiritual life in a way that feels meaningful and authentic to you. This work is grounded in deep listening, mutual respect, and an honoring of the many ways the Divine - or the mystery of life - can be experienced.

Rather than offering answers or doctrine, I walk beside you as a sacred witness, companion and guide. Together, we create space for:

  • Deep reflection on your spiritual questions, doubts and/or longings

  • Exploring practices that nourish your soul (contemplative, embodied, creative or nature-based)

  • Discerning life transitions, purpose and direction

  • Reconnecting with wonder, awe and mystery

Who is this for?

Spiritual companioning is for anyone who:

  • Identifies as spiritual but not religious

  • Practices a single or multiple faith tradition, or none at all

  • Are deconstructing old beliefs and seeking a new, life-affirming framework

  • Longs for a compassionate witness to their inner journey

  • Seeks deeper alignment between their spiritual and daily life

No specific belief or background is required - only a sincere desire to engage your inner life.

What to Expect

Each session is a 50 minute, one-on-one conversation held in a quiet, confidential space - most often virtually. Our time together might include silence, storytelling, reflection, prayer, meditation, or simple presence, depending on what feels right for you.

Sessions are client-led and unfold organically. You bring whatever is stirring in your heart, and we listen together for wisdom and movement.

My Approach

Spiritual companioning is a sacred, collaborative relationship that honors your unique spiritual path - whether grounded in a particular tradition, evolving beyond it, or being rediscovered after harm. I offer a supportive space where your questions, longings, doubts, and experiences are welcome. Together, we listen for the deeper movement of Spirit, explore what is emerging in your inner life, and gently hold what may be unraveling or transforming. This is not about fixing or finding answers quickly - it is about staying present to what is true for you, in each moment.

My approach is rooted in compassion, deep listening, and respect for your lived experience. Whether you're deconstructing from religious trauma, seeking connection to the sacred in everyday life, or simply longing for deeper meaning, I bring an interspiritual and trauma-informed lens to our work. Drawing on contemplative practices, embodiment tools, and ritual, we make space for healing, integration, and reconnection to your own inner wisdom and the Divine as you understand it.

Spiritual companioning is for anyone on a journey of becoming - especially those who've felt out of place in traditional religious settings. This space is queer affirming, inclusive, and centered around authenticity. You don't have to believe a certain way or have it all figured out. You are welcome exactly as you are. If your soul is asking to be witnessed, nurturued, or reawakened, I would be honored to walk with you.

Pay What You Can

I offer spiritual companioning on a pay-what-you-can tiered system, as I believe that soul care should be accessible, not exclusive. Healing and spiritual support are not luxuries - they are essential. This model allows you to choose a payment  tier that aligns with your current financial situation, honoring both your dignity and my ability to sustainably offer this work. Whether you are navigating financial hardship or are in a position to contribute more to support others, your presence is welcome and valued.

The tiered system is based on The Green Bottle model by Alexis J. Cunningfolk, which takes into consideration financial privilege and personal financial experiences. Tier One reflects the standard rate of the session, with Tier Two and Tier Three offering additional rates for those who experience levels of financial stress.  I trust your discernment and believe in mutual care, not financial gatekeeping. If you're unsure where you fall or need to discuss a custom arrangement, I'm happy to have that conversation. This is a space rooted in compassion, equity, and care - for your spirit and our shared humanity.
